According to Davit Khachatryan, the application should also indicate the bank through which the pension or benefit should be received. He also emphasized that it refers to persons up to 75 years old. And people over 75, as well as people with the 1st or 2nd disability groups, can currently receive the pension in cash on a voluntary basis, but there is a toolkit of encouragement to receive the pension and allowance in cashless way. Accordingly, in the case of cashless transactions, it is possible to receive a refund of 10 percent, but not more than AMD 5,000.
