We were invited to a wedding. Our friend’s daughter was getting married. This son-in-law of ours is from
a good, rich family and has a very handsome and rich brother. On the wedding day, I decorated my
daughter and said: My daughter, this is your chance to finally get married.
My daughter embarrassed me in the evening banquet hall. He took my advice very literally. During the
evening, she drank a lot and went to invite the groom’s brother to dance. My daughter became the topic
of everyone’s conversation. We hung our heads in shame.
We quickly got up and went home so as not
to become more embarrassing. The next day, when I told her what she had done on the wedding day,
my daughter did not believe her.
